1. Select a folder.
2. Select all photos from one folder (Control-click each photo)
3. Click blue album button
4. Click New album. Enter album Name EX: spphotos
5. spphotos now appears under Album collection at top of folder list
6. Click red Clear button and clear entire tray
7. Select another folder and repeat steps 1 and 2
8. Click Blue album button and selece already created album name in list. EX: spphotos (Number after album name will indicate number of photos in album)
9. Click red Clear Button and clear entire tray

Repeat steps 7 - 9 for all folders with photos to display
- Click album name in album collection at top
- Double click first photo in album to enter Edit Mode. Note arrows in red box. With these arrows, you can cycle through (backward and forward) all photos in the album one by one.
- Cycle forward to test order for display at club meeting
- If a photo needs to be repositioned, click Back to Library button (shown at left above)
- Rearrange order of photos by drag and drop into new position in Library view.
- Double click any photo to enter Edit mode again and continue viewing order of photos
- Go Back to Library and rearrange photos by drag and drop again if necessary.
- Continue cycling through album until order is correct for presentation to the club.
Next Step. Export the entire album to create a new folder. In this process, photos are numbered to preserve order and may be resized down.
